One of the most common viruses in world that causes disease cattle is bovine coronavirus (BCoV). This virus causative agent respiratory and gastrointestinal infections newborn calves, resulting significant economic losses both dairy meat farming. Considering complex epizootic situation with coronaviruses partial antigenic affinity BCoV other species animals humans, isolation new strains coronaviruses, their identification optimization cultivation conditions becomes extremely important relevant.
